Description

Explore Prague’s main sights in half a day!

First of all, we will uncover the long, tumultuous history of the Prague Castle, as well as its architectural features, outstanding personalities and legends. Then, we will walk along the Lesser Town’s broad streets past Baroque churches with huge domes and glamourous aristocratic palaces. Afterwards, we will cross the medieval Charles Bridge to the Old Town where we will find ourselves in a different world. In the world of dark and narrow alleys, secluded squares, thin and high Gothic towers. Our guide will take you into tortuous streets which you would never discover on your own. Within the area of the ancient Jewish Ghetto, we will experience its unique atmosphere. The synagogues, Old Jewish Cemetery, Jewish Town Hall – all tell us about the hard destiny of the Jews and reveal their unsettled history. While we trace the alleys of the Jewish ghetto, you will learn about the ancient Jewish rites and legends, such as the popular story of Golem.
